Please complete our online enquiry form with information about your proposed visit.
The gallery is closed on Mondays, and we are not able to accommodate large group bookings during Wakefield school holidays.
Please note we are now fully booked for mornings and lunch until 22 October. The earliest arrival time available on these days is 1pm.
We ask that you book teacher-led visits two weeks in advance and artist-led workshops six weeks in advance. Artist-led workshops normally get fully booked a term in advance.
Thank you for your interest in bringing your school, college or university group to The Hepworth Wakefield.
We will aim to get back to you within five workings days.

Cancellation policy for artist-led workshops
Cancellation of workshops and resources must be made more than 14 days before the date of your visit (not including the date of the visit).
If cancelled more than 14 days in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 14-day period will be liable for the full cost of the booking.
To make a cancellation, please contact email learning@hepworthwakefield.org with Cancellation in the subject of the email.
