To perfectly accompany your roast, we’ve curated a selection of seasonal beers from Lost Cause Brewing in Castleford and fine wines from Field and Fawcett in York.

For younger diners, we will be offering smaller, equally delicious roasts from £10.
Proud to partner with R&J Yorkshire’s Finest Farmers & Butchers
We’re proud to partner with the renowned R&J Butchers for our exceptional meat options. The succulent pork shoulder on our menu comes from native breed Saddlebacks, who enjoy a free-range life foraging on Yorkshire woodlands, and is dry-aged for 7 days to deliver an intensely flavourful experience. Their Yorkshire beef is some of the finest in the whole of the UK, selected from herds across the county. At R&J’s Waterford Farm, they farm their own special grass-fed, slow-grown cattle, raising and ageing native and continental breeds with care.
