Earth Day at The Hepworth Wakefield

Celebrate Earth Day at The Hepworth Wakefield and visit Just Transition Wakefield‘s Eco Festival.

Come and find out about the many green organisations active in our district, and how you can join or support them to make where we live a truly sustainable place. You will be able to talk, listen and ask questions about nature conservation, about how organisations are cutting their emissions, and how you can get help to cut your emissions too.

The Eco Festival will feature stalls from Just Transition Wakefield, Nature Watch, Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, Wakefield Council, Wakefield Cycle Forum, Wakefield Ramblers, Grow Wakefield, Cathedral Eco-Church, Wakefield Good Food Partnership, The Footpath Project, Take the Jump/Wakefield Clothes Exchange and many more.

Entry to the Eco Festival is FREE

Visit The Hepworth Wakefield to enjoy family activities inspired by our garden and the environment around you. Family activities take place from 11am-4pm.

Family activities are FREE with an exhibition ticket. Exhibition entry is FREE for Members, Wakefield District residents and under 18s.
