Garden Sketchbooks

The Hepworth Wakefield Garden is a great space to continue your groups’ learning by exploring the sculptures, plants and trees outside.

Using our Garden Sketchbooks, pupils can make discoveries about what they can see, hear and smell in the garden, including minibeasts, plants and the shapes and patterns they can find when they look closely!

These booklets are A6 in size and contain looking, listening and drawing activities for pupils to do when in the garden.

To protect the plants please ensure your group does not touch the plants or step in the beds or planting when using their Garden Sketchbooks.

COST

50p per sketchbook

Pencils can be provided but we ask that they are returned.

TO BOOK

Teacher-led resources can be booked as part of your visit by completing our  online enquiry form.

Please book teacher-led visits at least two weeks in advance.

Cancellation of resources must be made more than 14 days before the date of your visit (not including the date of the visit).

If cancelled more than 14 days in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 14-day period will be liable for the full cost of the booking, however if you rearrange your visit within the same academic year we are happy to honour your resource booking for the rearranged date.
