Thank you for your interest in bringing your school, college or university group to The Hepworth Wakefield.
Please complete our online enquiry form with information about your proposed visit.
Please note that the gallery is closed on Mondays, and we are not able to accommodate large group bookings during Wakefield school holidays.

We ask that you book teacher-led visits two weeks in advance and artist-led workshops four weeks in advance of your preferred visit date.
Please note – Artist-led workshops are now FULLY BOOKED for this academic year. You are still welcome to visit the gallery for teacher-led visits, we have a range of teacher-led resources you can hire to support your visit. If you are based in the Wakefield district, we also have our outreach workshop available – an exciting artist-led sculpture workshop based on Barbara Hepworth.
