River of Belonging

Local community groups Star Bereavement and CoActive have worked together to create a special performance which anyone of any physical ability can learn and join in with. FREE
Halima Cassell – informal talk and book signing

Halima Cassell will be in the garden to talk about Fan Construction, followed by a book signing. FREE
The Wakefield Sculpture Trail is an exciting series of sculptures across the city centre. The sculptures have been created by artists Annie Morris, Andy Holden, Halima Cassell, Jason Wilsher-Mills and Ro Robertson and are here for everyone to enjoy.
Over the summer, explore the sculptures and take part in creative activities with a celebration event on Saturday 16 September to welcome the sculptures to their new home of Wakefield.
All events are FREE and suitable for all ages.
