We are delighted to be partnering with Wakefield Trinity RLFC and Yorkshire Buses to provide a Park and Ride service from Wakefield Trinity RLFC to The Hepworth Wakefield.

There are around 200 car parking spaces at the rugby club and it is less than a mile from The Hepworth Wakefield.

The bus will stop at the rugby club, the Free City Bus stop outside Tileyard North, and outside The Hepworth Wakefield car park on Thornes Lane.

The bus will start daily at 9.30am (from the rugby club) and the last bus will leave from outside The Hepworth Wakefield car park at 4.30pm.

Frequency will be around every 20 mins.

£2 per car to park at Wakefield Trinity RLFC with payment on entry to the Rugby Car Park

The Hepworth Wakefield car park

The Hepworth Wakefield has its own car park located on Thornes Lane, Wakefield, WF1 5QJ

There are 85 spaces for cars in our car park, including larger accessible bays and space for motorcycles and bicycles. Please note there is a 2.5m height restriction.

8am – 10pm
£2 for up to 90 mins
£4 for up to 9 hours

10pm – 8am
£2 flat fee

The car parking tariff is payable via machine or by phone and accepts credit / debit cards.

Blue badge holders 

For blue badge holders, we have six disabled spaces on Gallery Walk next to the gallery. Sat Nav: WF1 5AW. There is also a space to lock bicycles alongside the blue badge bays near our main entrance.
