Ceremonies
Our spacious Auditorium and all ten of our bright and airy galleries are licensed to host civil ceremonies. The adjoining galleries, ground floor spaces and garden provide the perfect backdrop for post ceremony drinks, dining and dancing.

Food is at the heart of weddings at The Hepworth Wakefield and our inspiring menus are curated in-house by our team of highly skilled chefs using the finest, locally-sourced produce with a focus on sustainable and seasonal ingredients.
Photography
Our venue has a variety of stunning backdrops perfect for creating unique memories and photographic images. Take your snaps on the waterfront, bridge and boatyard, adjacent historic mills and The Hepworth Wakefield Garden.
Finishing Touches
We understand that weddings are personal and unique to every story. Our vast experience in event planning and delivery allows us to recommend suppliers and added extras to make your day unique. We get to know our couples and work with a list of artistic and inspiring local suppliers to deliver the perfect event as individual as they are.
A Unique Setting
It’s a special experience to get married at one of the UK’s leading art galleries amongst our world-renowned exhibitions and collections. Guests arrive via the dramatic footbridge overlooking the stunning architecture by Sir David Chipperfield which rises out of the River Calder. Our award-winning venue is truly unique, and we pride ourselves in understanding the art of the modern wedding.
