Work together as a family to create giant surreal landscapes in the gallery garden.
Create somewhere to dream, hide or watch the sky. Add colour, reflections or a window to another world, inspired by our exhibitions Lee Miller and Surrealism in Britain and Viviane Sassen: Hot Mirror.
The gallery and our activities for families can be busy during school holidays and weekends. To help us facilitate an enjoyable experience for all of our visitors we ask that groups of 5 or more children let us know when they plan to visit by contacting the Learning Team on firstname.lastname@example.org or 01924 247398.
This workshop is suitable for children aged 2 – 12, who must be accompanied by an adult.
You will be asked to collect an activity sheet from the garden gallery and go up to the gallery before starting the activity.
This workshop will be closed over lunch from 12.30 – 1pm. Last admittance to the activity will be at 3.30pm.
