Teachers Mindfulness Session

Facilitated by Liz Watkins from Thinking Space, you are invited to join us after school to use our artwork for your own mindfulness and wellbeing.

Supported by national reports to decrease the stress levels in teachers and students across the country, these sessions allow will guide teachers to de-stress through art and then reflect over a glass of wine.

You will leave with ideas and possible methods to use back in the classroom to decrease your students stress levels around exam periods.
