The Hepworth Wakefield Contemporary Ceramics Fair

4 - 5 May 2019, 10am – 4pm

Discover unique pieces, homeware and jewellery by an exciting selection of ceramic artists and potters working across the UK today.

Celebrating a wide range of ceramic processes and styles, the fair is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in contemporary and traditional ceramics, craft, homewares, interiors and jewellery to collect unique pieces, dress your home, buy gifts, research new practices or just find out more about what ceramicists do.

WHERE TO EAT

Visit the tasty street food vendors, The Hepworth Café serves a special menu for children or bring a packed lunch to enjoy in our indoor picnic area.

FACILITIES
The Hepworth Wakefield is accessible, has baby changing facilities, a Changing Places toilet and plenty of room for pushchairs.

PLAYGROUND
Burn off some energy in the outdoor playground with a climbing area, swings, zip-wire and more.

Pottery Throwing

Join the staff and students from The University of Sunderland MA Glass and Ceramics course to learn how to use a pottery wheel and have a go at throwing your own pot.

Sat 4 May, drop-in 10am – 4pm. FREE. Ages 12+

Street Food

Take time out with delicious street food from Wrapture, Frizza Pizza and The Spicy Biker.

The Hepworth Café will be open from 9am for hand-crafted coffee, brunch and lunch.
