Explore textures, materials and forms in Magdalene Odundo: The Journey of Things and create your own vessels using simple pot building techniques.
When you arrive please collect an activity kit from the Learning Studios. These kits contain fun looking, drawing and making activities to do with your family while you visit the galleries. The kits help you gather ideas for your own creations.
This workshop is suitable for children aged 2 – 12, who must be accompanied by an adult.
This workshop will be closed over lunch from 12.30 – 1pm. Last admittance to the activity will be at 3.30pm.
The gallery and our activities for families can be busy during school holidays and weekends. To help us facilitate an enjoyable experience for all of our visitors we ask that groups of 5 or more children let us know when they plan to visit by contacting the Learning Team on learning@hepworthwakefield.org or 01924 247398.
