Harriet has been making and selling ceramics for eight years, working at Guldagergaard, a ceramics residency centre in Denmark, before more recently moving into a studio in the countryside on the outskirts of Colchester in Essex.
Through her lighting and modern homeware, Harriet hopes to give a little glow to her customers’ homes. From mugs and candle holders to statement pendant lights, her collection focuses on tactility and illusion, with signature linear and immersive patterns inspired by Bridget Riley, op art and Mid-century Design.
Harriet studied at Falmouth College of Arts and has since participated in numerous design shows, such as DesignJunction and Clerkenwell Design week. She was recently selected to be part of the Future of Craft Selects exhibition at OXO tower during London Craft Week.. In 2019, she undertook the Lanzhou City University Summer Residency for two months, where she produced work for a large group exhibition.
